IMAV 2013 
The International Micro Air Vehicle Conference and Flight Competition will be held in September 2013 in Toulouse, France.
The event is opened to institutions and persons from any country. The objective of the conference is to provide an effective and established forum for discussion and dissemination of original and recent advances in MAV technology. Its aim is to allow leading edge researchers and developers in a widevariety of areas concerned with MAV technology and applications to present their results.

Dear IMAV community,
As the IMAV 2013 scientific committee members are still reading the great amount of papers they received, some of you might worrying about the early bird fees deadline.
Whether your paper has been accepted or not, you will be able to registrate and pay early bird fees as soon as you receive your acceptance notification.
All authors will receive their acceptance notification by the 10th of July.

About the next Monday deadline :
1st of July will be the last day to enjoy our special early bird fees. If you don't registrate before 2nd of July, it will be too late.
For our competitors :
As it has been previously said, our partners Airbus and Mathworks have both decided to sponsor one of the Special Jury Prizes :
- innovative system (Mathworks)
- innovative design (Airbus)
Do not forget to choose at least one team safety pilot and inform us about it as soon as possible (by email or team space update). We need to have this information in order to go through the french safety process. If you choose several safety pilot, we will need id of each one. In the case you do not communicate us your safety pilot(s) name(s), the team captain will be automatically declared safety pilot.
Do not forget to fill in an individual registration form for each team member.
Unregistered team members will have to pay full fees from 2nd of July.
However, since the team limit is 1 captain + 4 members, you can pay "competitor fees" for only 5 persons identified as team members. Additional team members shall pay corresponding fees (student, author, individual...).
Social Event :
As you may know, the IMAV 2013 Social Event will be organized by our sponsor Airbus. To be able to attend at social event, it is asked by our sponsor to communicate us the following informations :
-First name and Family name (like on passport)
-Birthday and birth place
-Passport number
-Country of origin
If you forget to send us these informations, you won't be able to attend at the Social Event.
If you have any question on any of these topics, please let us know.
